I'm currently sitting in the periodicals section of the library, it's dark outside, raining, and my brain feels like it's going to explode. I'm merely taking a break from the enormous amount of work I have to do. I just finished reading two chapters of physical science, even though that test isn't for a couple more weeks, but did it to make myself feel better, to procrastinate my papers and presentation and because there are 9 chapters i have to read AND i have HEPE stuff due the SAME DAY as physical science...i might as well get a head start on it while i'm thinking about it, right?
So much for all the relaxation I got last week during break...that's all out the door now that i'm stressed to no end about everything that I need to get done in the next couple of weeks. I haven't even had time to clean my room! I think in the days that I've been back in Provo, I've spent the majority of it on campus, either in class or in the library. Yesterday afternoon/night was the only time I actually took a break from homework and got stuff done. or rather, didn't do anything at all. No, truthfully I got some stuff done, but not as much as I should've/could've and I regret that now. After class I went to Matt's and watched part of The Count of Monte Cristo with him and Cari and then went with them and Blaine to the RB so they could play basketball while Cari and I just chatted for an hour--good talk though. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Then we finally made our way over to Costco, which was the original plan. After dropping them off at King Henry, I went home and stuffed my face with all the good food I had bought, while watching tv and not doing any homework. I did semi clean my room though, but it's still not where I'd like to be, cleanliness wise. *sigh* Sometimes I hate being a junior in college. It's so much more work than I would've originally thought it could be.
Now I'm stressed about a presentation I have in one of my classes on Tuesday and the two papers that are due on Thursday. I just feel like nothing is going to get done on time.
I figure though, if I can get my 471 paper done TONIGHT that I'll feel a little bit better. I'll re-read the stuff for my presentation tonight as well, get some ideas flowing in my head and then tomorrow, when I'm at Matt's watching college football all day with him and Cari, I'll work on some other homework, just to make myself feel at least slightly productive. Then it's back to work Sunday and Monday and presentation Tuesday and paper writing Wednesday. After that, I'm pretty much free for a couple days until it starts again with finals.
19 more days and I'll be home...hopefully I survive to then...
