- I have a deep obsession with shoes. And purses. But mostly shoes. I've accumulated so many in the past 4 years that half of them are still in storage and the other half that are at my apartment, I tend to misplace or can't find last minute. It's frustrating.
- If I had a surplus of money, I would LOVE to buy myself an entirely new wardrobe-I'm always looking for new styles for myself.
- I may be an open book when it comes to talking about myself, but when it comes to talking about deep feelings, I just can't do it. Take the other night for example, or ask Mark, he'll testify of that.
- I have a great desire to backpack through Europe, staying in hostels, and not really having a plan, just traveling. It's going to happen one day, I can just feel it.
- I also really want to skydive before I die. I think it would be one of the greatest experiences. However, I would never ever in a million years try bungee jumping--the bungee terrifies me.
- While at BYU, I've moved every year: Helaman Halls, Liberty Square, Aretta Gardens, and now Winter Quarters. I've never once regretted the decision not to stay. I've made some of my best and closest friends from those wards/apartments.
- I graduate in August and I'm semi-sad/semi-terrified as well. I don't know what I'm gonna do with my life, but I'm also sad about leaving all my friends here.
- I really love spontaneity and try to incorporate it into my life, but it never actually works, unfortunately.
- Costa Vida is one of my favorite places to eat up here in Provo. I could eat there every week if I had the funds for it.
- I loved senior year of high school the best out of the 4, but I love college too much to go back and relive my high school years. Besides, I've learned more about myself in my time away from home than I ever did while living in Thousand Oaks.
- Going off #10, I never felt sheltered, but coming to Utah, I definitely felt like I knew a lot less about life than other kids my age. Now that's not quite as true, but I definitely still have a lot to learn.
- I hate when people stereotype me when they find out I'm from Southern California. Their initial impression of me, based on that knowledge, is that I'm stuck up, snobby and rich. None of which is actually true.
- One time, I told my mom that my dream was to spend winter semester in Utah snowboarding all the time and then going down to New Zealand during the summer to continue snowboarding. I still want to do that one time.
- I've lived in Utah for 4 years and I have not once been to a Jazz game...doesn't look like that will ever happen, at least not now.
- I finally went to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, but didn't actually see a movie.
- I may live close to Hollywood/LA, but I've only seen one celebrity, Will Smith, and that was in my hometown.
- I'm a political science major and during election season this year, I have never felt so much weight on my shoulders or so much stress trying to sort out all the information and let other people know of my thoughts and opinions. Let's just say that as soon as the election was over, I was more than happy to slip back into oblivion that is the political science department.
- If you pay enough attention to my facebook statuses or the little box beneath my profile picture, you'll see the words that I can't say myself, through the lyrics I post.
- The best concert I ever went to was the Brand New, Manchester Orchestra and Kevin Devine show last year in Salt Lake City. The music was perfect, our spots by the front was perfect and Jesse Lacey has never looked better. I left feeling complete in my life, like I could've died and been okay with the way my life had gone.
- I really can't wait to have kids: 3, 2 boys and a girl. That little girl will be spoiled rotten and my boys will take care of her and look after her.
- I also can't wait to get married and keep hoping that I'll find that guy that I'm supposed to be with. However, I keep that on the DL, just to protect my reputation of anti-getting married before I graduate. It's worked so far, maybe a little too well.
- I loved longboarding down the Canyon last year and seeing the leaves change from green to orange to yellow and then brown. It was absolutely gorgeous. And fun.
- I've realized lately that I fall pretty hard, but not all that often, so when I do, it's a big deal.
- Sometimes I wish my uncle still lived in the Netherlands so I could have a better excuse to go back out there.
- I really want to go to every continent and touch every ocean, sea, etc. I'm still working on it. The Atlantic is first on my list.
- I've always wanted to be able to play an instrument, and well. I wish I had continued playing violin. But I would be absolutely okay with learning guitar or drums. I tend to play imaginary drums when a good song with a good beat comes on hah.
- I really want to learn how to choreograph, and how to be creative in movements. I sometimes choreograph to songs that I'm listening to on my ipod, which makes for a difficult time in walking up to campus and around campus...I trip over my feet.
- I hate how grown up everyone is getting. Sometimes I wish I could just stop time for a little but so I can learn to appreciate the moment. But I suppose that would defeat the purpose, so I'm gonna start trying to appreciate the things I have now, now.
- I just cut my hair short again. It's the first time in a long time that I've actually LOVED it. It's different than what I'm used to, which is good, and unusual for me. But I got a lot of positive feedback, so that makes me feel good about it. I also threw some red highlights in there as well, just as a little surprise for those that are looking closely. ;)
- I have never had the desire to go on a mission. It annoys me sometimes when people really push it and try to get me to change my mind. It's usually because they don't understand how stubborn I am. But really, it's not something I wanted to do, and I don't think I could do it. But I give major props to those girls who do.
- Since I've been at BYU, I've tended to have a thing for guys from the northwest: Oregon and Washington mostly. I don't get it....maybe there's something good in the water up there? :)
- Growing up, I would bite my nails a lot and it would drive my parents insane, but senior year I finally let them grow and now I can't stand having them really short, or without nail polish. Red is usually my preferred color.
- My sister told me once at church when I wore heels, that I walked like there was something up my butt. Ever since then I've worn heels and practiced just so I could walk like a model. It also helped that I wore heels every day for two summers straight, so I got used to them. Now I have no problem dancing in heels. High school dances were the worse for heels, and they weren't even very high! or skinny! I would make Ms. J proud.
- I have a bit of a feminist in me. I dislike when people automatically assume that I can't do something as well as them just because I'm a girl. I also don't appreciate their stereotype that I'm only at BYU to get my MRS degree. WRONG.
- I enjoy proving people wrong. But most especially, I enjoy being right. I usually am. Lately though, Mark has shown me just how dumb I actually am sometimes.
- I once got beat on Guitar Hero by a 13 year old boy. Who played hard with only two fingers. Yeah, I won't ever live that one down.
- I'm not the typical girlie girl. I enjoy dressing up (and that doesn't happen all that often anymore) but I would prefer to be in comfy clothes, watching sports all day. I think I balance the two sides pretty well though. I can be a total girl and shop in the morning and then use the night to just chill with the guys talking about guy stuff.
- I beat Mark on MarioKart one time. And I won't ever let him forget it. He hates me for that.
- I've always wanted to be a part of NASA and fly to the moon, be an astronaut, and feel what no gravity is like. Unfortunately, I'm not smart enough for that.
- I'm also still waiting for things to be like how they are on the Jetsons. I also can't wait til there are public flights to space. I would be one of the first on it.
- My dream car isn't very expensive (although I do have one of those fantasy cars). I really just want a Toyota Tacoma, black, 4 door, with extended cab. But not the new ones (maybe). Really, I want their old model, back from 2000 or something.
- I hate depending on other people. But I thoroughly appreciate it when people are willing to step up and help, especially since I feel like I'm the one that does most of the helping.
- Traveling to Spain my junior year of high school was a BLAST and I really want to go back, pick up my spanish again, and be able to converse with all my spanish speaking friends.
- I absolutely loved my vacation to the Netherlands and Paris the summer after my freshman year at BYU. Paris stole my heart, and the Netherlands felt like home. Sometimes it feels like it didn't ever happen, that it was a dream from a long time ago.
- I hate when memories start feeling like dreams, and you can't remember if they actually happened.
- I need to get better at documenting moments in my life, either through pictures, or in a journal. I stopped writing in my journal freshman year and now I wish I hadn't. I just need to get a nice new one and a new motivation and I'll be set (I hope)
- I am a terribly good facebook stalker. Sometimes I'm proud of it, but other times...it's hard knowing things about someone, but they don't know you know, so you can't mention it, for fear that you'll be looked at funny.
- I am also enthralled with other people's blogs, people that I know, and people that I don't know. I like knowing what's going on in other people's lives other than my own and those of my friends.
- Apparently, my KIA nickname is more true than we originally thought. I really do like to know things. And I really do act like I know things. It gets me into trouble sometimes.
- Writing 100 things about myself is extremely hard. And extremely time consuming.
- I also beat Mark in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He wasn't too happy about that one either.
- I have a massive sweet tooth. But my cravings are usually for ice cream, which is why I always try to have it in the freezer.
- I really want to get super good at snowboarding, and get over my fear of jumps/tricks. I wanna be able to do something way cool.
- Growing up, I always wanted to play in the NBA and thought that I might. I hated the WNBA, and to this day, still do.
- I told my mom last year that I wanted to do something with sports: sports writing, broadcasting, even just working in sports scorekeeping (which is what I do now for work). Needless to say, she wasn't happy, thinking I was about to change my major. No worries, Mom, I'm still poli sci :)
- I think one of the reasons I never wanted to get married while in school was that I didn't think I could handle all of that at the same time.
- And going along with that, I've wanted to put off having kids for more selfish reasons: I've had plans for my future in mind since I was in high school--BYU, Law school, lawyer, then politician/first woman president. I'm pretty goal-oriented, even if it doesn't show all that often. I just have very high ambitions and I didn't want to put that aside for kids.
- I've realized more and more that I am a pretty jealous person, but I don't usually talk about it. It's one of those deep feelings that no one ever hears me talk about.
- I'm strangely obsessed with guys' cologne...if a semi-attractive guy is wearing good smelling cologne, his hotness points go up considerably.
- My favorites are usually the kinds that the guys I liked wore: Fierce from Abercrombie, Very Sexy For Him from Victoria's Secret, and whatever it is that Mark wears...I think it's American Eagle. He switches. I even have my very own bottle of Fierce. I'll wear it myself when I snowboard just to pump myself up.
- I really enjoy cuddling, and hugs. I've been told once that I'm a really good hugger...definitely made my day. I'm all about physical touch. I think it's very personal.
- I polevaulted in high school and loved it. It was probably one of my most daring moves. I wish I had stuck with it.
- I also tend to have pretty good luck with whims. They usually turn out to be for the best.
- I absolutely hate wooden roller coasters. They give me headaches and make me sick, so I avoid them at all costs.
- On a similar note, I used to get major motion sickness when I was a kid. It happens every once in a while now, but it's not as prevalent.
- I am in love with dr. pepper. In my mind it is the drink of the gods.
- However, I didn't use to love DP. I actually used to think it was disgusting until my friend Danny had some and offered it to me. Maybe it was the new recipe, but that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
- I have a ring that Brianna got me from Hawaii that I wear on my left ring finger. Sometimes it's to ward off creepy guys, but only when needed. Really, it's the only finger it fits on. And yes, people will automatically assume it's an engagement ring or at the very least, a promise ring. It's neither.
- I already have most of my wedding details decided. All I need is a dress and a husband. :)
- I like change, but massive, life changes are difficult for me to handle. AKA, graduation seriously terrifies me. As does the unknown....where I'll be in a year, what will happen in the next few months, etc.
- I have only had my own room once...last year at school. I liked it, but I really don't mind sharing a room...or a bed ;) haha
- I love beanies. Winter semester you can usually find me wearing one everyday, but that's usually because I wear them to snowboard and to cover up my hair after a day of hat hair.
- I really want to go to NYC and see the sites, shop, go to a couple broadway plays, etc. I wish I had taken the opportunity to visit it this past summer when I was living in Maryland.
- I absolutely adore Washington, D.C. It's probably my favorite city in the United States.
- I'm really intrigued and fascinated by old and cool architecture. SO much more interesting than plain old square, industrialized buildings.
- I love pictures, but I don't take as many as I would like, or as I should. It's probably because my camera sucks. However, I would much rather be behind the camera than in front of it.
- I've always wanted to live in the 20's....I think flapper girls were so cute and glamorous. Plus, I just love the style of that era.
- I also really like the 50's and poodle skirts. I grew up listening to all that oldies music on KEARTH 101. FAVE. I can hear an oldies song and usually know the words to it.
- I love big sunglasses. I started out with one pair, but as I got bored of it, I've gotten more. I broke my absolute favorite pair, but I am now the owner of 5 very cute sunglasses :)
- I also own way too many bathing suits and am obsessed with finding and looking at new ones, even if I don't actually need them.
- I've become a better cook since I've been at school and this year especially I've been more eager to cook and have actual meals as opposed to just eating frozen dinners. If anyone has any good recipes they want to pass along, feel free!
- I don't use much, if any, product in my hair. I only use Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny serum every once in a while. And Bed Head's smoothing creme.
- I am a recent fan of Herbal Essences curly shampoo...it really does make my curls look much better than they would normally.
- I am fascinated with history and if I wasn't a political science major, I would be a history major.
- A major pet peeve of mine is people that don't walk quickly, or stop suddenly in the middle of the walkway.
- I would rather write with pen than with pencil, and black pens over blue pens.
- I love coloring and being creative with my writing, even if I'm not very good at it.
- I also like painting, and not pictures, but houses, walls. When we painted our house, I had so much fun. I would love to have my own place where I can design it and paint it the way I want to.
- As much as I like the summertime, I do enjoy winter because of how cute you can dress up when it's cold outside.
- I really want to grow up (more than I already am) and make a difference in the world, and if not the world, then at least in the country. Hence my reasoning behind wanting to run for President of the United States.
- I'm really bad at charade or acting games. Like, really bad. Mostly because I'm more self conscious and a lot more shy than people think.
- I know a lot of random facts. I read a lot as well, so I think that's where I get it.
- However, I am not gullible in the slightest. I can usually determine people's meanings and intentions and can figure out if they're pulling my leg or not.
- I am though, extremely ticklish. And am known for freaking out, so to speak, flailing my arms and legs any way I can to get my attacker off me. I kicked Taylor off the couch with a straight kick to the chest.
- Sometimes, when I hear a story or watch a show or movie in which someone else is in an awkward or embarrassing situation, I will feel embarrassed for them.
- I like my major because we can make up our own words to explain something. It's cool, I promise.
- I am officially and forever more a mac girl. I will never ever go back to a PC.
- I live in my boots during winter. They literally never leave my feet.
- My favorite time of day is dusk, right after the sun has set, but when it isn't completely hidden from view, and its rays still spread over the horizon, leaving a blue-ish, purple-ish haze, when the lights in the city all start to come on and the sunset is still slightly visible.
- You are an absolute true friend if you read this all the way through and I love you even more for it. To make this more interesting, I MAY add some pictures....but maybe not. That'll be for the next post...

Happy 100!
So, I knew this 100th post was coming up, and I wanted to write something profound for it. I mean, you only hit 100 posts once, right? Well, I've mulled it over for about a week now and I still can't really think of anything to do except the obvious: write 100 things I love, want to do, have done, whatever. Only problem was that I just did 25 things in my last post. *Sigh* Oh well.
