christmastime

remember how sometimes my memory actually fails me and i forget that certain events are planned on certain days?? (*gasp!* kayla actually forgot something?!) yes, tis true. and it's been happening more often than not these days. i blame it on getting old....er.

remember also how i tried out for the mormon tabernacle choir christmas concert with kiana? and how neither of us made it? (no bigs, it was fun to try out anyway). well, i registered to get tickets to the show (might as well see what they ended up doing, right? plus, jane seymour is narrating it! cool!) (and didn't really think the dates through entirely) and today in the mail, i got 4 tickets! woo! (i also registered to get tickets to the christmas devotional, but didn't get 'em. oh wells)
i was getting really excited about these tickets, thinking of who would come with me (seeing as kiana was probably already going to be in california) and then i stopped. and thought. and thought some more. about the date the show was. december 17th. 7 pm. no bigs, right? nothing special. it's not christmas. in fact, it's the week before.
and then it dawned on me. december 17th is miss caitlin's and colton's wedding reception. so, now i have 4 tickets to give away...anyone interested?
it's a major bummer to not be able to go, but hey, caitlin and colton's wedding is kind of a once in an eternity kind of thing, right? so i can't miss it (and i wouldn't. obviously, i'm giving away my tickets!)
